It is almost impossible to get antone to answer a phone,
when I did get an answer the person was unable to understand
the question. When I went into ask a question the receptionist
was not in the slightest bit interested or helpful.

Nightmare to get an appointment. 19 calls at 0800 before you get through to the automated system. Don’t know which surgery to attend as they don’t tell you. No follow up on test results so patient left guessing what to do next!
test results can be seen through patient access. Please sign up if able. It should not matter which site you phone either site can book appointment and see your records now. We are one surgery with 2 sites.
Not your average frosty knickers on reception. Other frontline staff in other organizations should take a leaf out of their book. The whole team appear to be on board , we would not go anywhere else.
Having been told to phone this morning at 8am for an on the day appointment it took me 32 attempts to get through (it was constantly engaged), I got through at 8:07 only to be told all appointments were gone and to call back at 2pm and try again, this is totally unacceptable, the receptionist told me it was because of the Bank Holiday weekend! Not a very happy patient
I called for a routine appointment with my GP, either a phone call or a face to face, I was told first available phone call was 6 days and a face to face was over 2 weeks, this is unacceptable. I have been a patient at this practice for over 18 years and it just gets worse trying to get a routine appointment. Having said that my Doctor is marvellous when I can eventually get in to see her!
